For cooking this pasta I have used just simple and healthy ingredients like pasta, carrots, courgettes, peppers, Extra virgin olive oil, vegetable cube stocks -30% salt. With this dish, your body will receive lots of vitamins, proteins and others good factors for a healthy life.
Pasta= Carbohydrates and Proteins
Extra virgin olive oil= Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil a day has shown to help lower total cholesterol by helping to reduce LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, help decrease both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
Carrots= Carrots are a particularly good source of beta-carotene, fiber, vitamin K, potassium and antioxidants .
Courgettes=Zucchini is one of the very low-calorie vegetables, Zucchinis have antioxidant value, It is an excellent source of potassium
