We love Linguine
It is a classic dish of an Italian kitchen. Linguine was born in Liguria, North West Italy. Its name means "little tongues" in Italian and they are wider than spaghetti. Because of its shape we suggest to serve with seafood or green pesto sauce.

It is perfect to serve with Green Pesto or "Linguine allo scoglio" with seafood or with vegetables or green pesto sauce
How Cook Linguine with Green Pesto sauce
Ingredients for 2 people
- 250g of Linguine
- 1/2 jar of Green pesto Sauce (You can decide to pour all the jar if you want a rich dish of pasta)
- 2 Table spoons of Our Extra virgin Olive Oil from Puglia Cold pressed with 0.3% acidity
- Fill the saucepan up with water. Once the water boiling, add salt 7g every 1 Liter of water Linguine into the water and stir. Our Pasta will be cooked in 5 minutes
- Drain pasta 1 minute before the cooking timing and mix the pasta with the pesto green sauce and add 2 spoons of Extra virgin Olive Oil.
