Solo Italiano LTD is an on line retailer specialized on Italian products (especially South Italian products)

 

- WHEN DID YOU ESTABLISH YOUR COMPANY?

The company was born officially the 13rd of February 2017

 

- WHERE IS THE HEADQUARTERS?

 Solo Italiano’s warehouse is in 19th floor Room No.1909, On Dak Industrial Building, Nos. 2-6 Wah Sing Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories.

 

- HOW CAN I INTERACT WITH THE COMPANY?

- IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER.

 

- WHAT IS THE STORE PICKUP PROMOTIONS?

"STORE PICKUP" promotions means that our Guests place the order, by email, and decide to come to collect the goods to our  Warehouse.

 

- WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY PARCEL?

From Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 7 pm; On Saturday from 10.30 am to 3 pm ; On Sunday from 10.30 am to 2 pm.

 

- WHY SHOULD OUR GUESTS CHOOSE “STORE PICKUP” INSTEAD OF "LOCAL DELIVERY" SERVICE?

Because when you place a order and opt for “STORE PICKUP”, you are not charged for this service whatever the amount of transaction is. (I.E. if you spend HK$ 400 and opt for “STORE PICKUP”, you are not charged. But if you spend less than HK$ 650 and opt for the “LOCAL DELIVERY” service, you will be charged HK$ 70 delivery fee.

 

 - IS THERE ANY MINIMUM ORDER FOR STORE PICKUP ?

There is not Minimum order. Our Guests, who decide for “Pick and Collect”, can spend how much money they want without any fee to pay.

 

- WHICH CURRENCY DOES YOUR SHOP USE?

All the prices are in HKD .

 

- DO YOU DELIVER IN OTHER COUNTRIES?

 At the moment we operate in Hong Kong. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to other countries.

 

- HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE DELIVERY?

If our guests opt for the"LOCAL DELIVERY", for orders equal or above HKD650  (after having applying eventual discounts or special promotions), will have free delivery.  If the order is less than HKD650, the company will charge 70 HKD as delivery fee.

 

- CAN I DECIDE TO COLLECT MY FOOD DIRECT TO THE WAREHOUSE? (MAY I PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE WAREHOUSE)

Yes you can, it would be amazing. All our guests are welcomed to our warehouse to collect their own orders.

 

- WHO IS YOUR LOGISTIC PARTNER?

YAMATO LOGISTIC IS OUR LOGISTIC PARTNER

 

- DO YOU DELIVER TO ALL THE AREAS IN HONG KONG?

Yamato logistics serves most of the areas in Hong Kong. Before you place the order, we suggest to have a look all the area that Yamato reaches. Below you can find the link from Yamato website.

- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Yamato Logistics will deliver the foods to the address that you have mentioned during the purchasing order in the next 2 days from the moment that the payment is settled.

- WHAT TIME CAN I PLACE A ORDER?

We suggest to place the order by 5pm (From Monday to Friday). By 1pm Saturday and Sunday. All the order that will be received after 5 pm, from Monday to Friday or by 1 pm on Saturday or Sunday,  will be processed the next day.

 

- WHEN I OPT FOR "LOCAL DELIVERY" MAY I CHOOSE A SLOT TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?

 Yes you can do it. Yamato allow you to choose 3 different delivery slots: from 8 am to 12 pm; from 12 pm to 6 pm; from 6 pm to 9 pm.  It important that you leave a message. In the "Cart page" you will find "Special instructions for seller", in here you can let us know what you need.

 

- Which area are you able to reach for the delivery service?

- HOW CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

You can pay your order by:

PAYPAL (if you have a Paypal Acoount)

Mastercard, Visa, American Express (You need just your card)

CASH ON DELIVERY

 

- WHAT DOES "CASH ON DELIVERY" MEAN"?

If you do not want to pay by credit card or Paypal, we have thought to give another way to pay. At the "CHECKOUT" section, you can choose to pay  by "Cash on delivery". This service is totally free and you will not be charged for this option. Do not forget to prepare the exact amount of cash for settle the purchase.

 If you opt for "LOCAL DELIVERY", When Yamato Driver comes to you, you can pay to the driver the amount of the purchase in cash. Please prepare the exact amount of cash.

 If you opt for "STORE PICKUP", when you come to our warehouse for collecting your goods, you can pay to us by cash. Please prepare the exact amount of cash.

 

- WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SEND THE ORDER?

We send you an e-mail with all the info about: order number, order date, items purchased and the total cost of the order.

 

- COULD I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change your mind about purchasing your goods, if you want to cancel or  change your order, you have to write an email to us by 12 pm (noon)of the next day of your purchasing order.

For example: if you send an order the 24th of march, you can cancel or change your order by 12 pm (noon) of the 25th of march). There is not charge for doing this.

 

- WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE ORDER?

If you are not happy about your products, send us an e-mail with the reasons. We definitely will find a solution to solve these problems.

 

- WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?

All the return require prior authorization. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 1 day from the receipt of the goods. We request that the good/goods must be returned. If the product fails to be returned us, we cannot substitute that product with something else. If you receive a product which is damaged or broken, please contact us by email and we will arrange a replacement. We will require pictures of the damage product. If the damage is visible on delivery, please sign for the product as “damaged”

 

- WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE DRIVER COME?

Yamato driver will tempt to deliver the parcel FOR 3 TIMES. After that they will bring the parcel to our Warehouse. For setting a re-delivery there is a delivery charge of HK$ 70  that will be applied.

 

- ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes they are. All the products are catalogued in our website

 

- WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT ALLERGEN INFO?
