Our extra virgin olive oil with lemon flavor is made by a mechanical process where the olives are squeezed, rigorously cold pressed, no later than 24 hours from the collection. Extra virgin olive oil is a mix of 50% olives from cellina di Nardo' and 50% from Oglialora salentina.
Cellina is sweeter than the oialora olive which is more green and bitter. Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon is a mix with a marvellous extra virgin and lemon essential oils from Puglia.
It can be used as salad dressing, with steamed vegetables, for seasoning grilled fish and grilled meat. Its flavor is delicious and versatile.
